Global Category Manager - Fleet

Job Summary

To support a global fleet of over 4,000 vehicles, the full-time remote Global Category Manager - Fleet will manage sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive the transition to a zero-emission fleet while collaborating with business leaders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing initiatives for fleet management, including supplier selection and contract negotiations
• Support the transition to electric vehicles and develop strategies for sustainability and emissions reduction
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers and provide expert guidance on fleet management and procurement strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ISM accreditation, with significant experience in Fleet procurement
• 5-7 years of sourcing and procurement experience, particularly in managing complex global Fleet categories
• Strong understanding of fleet total cost of ownership and lifecycle management
• Experience with fleet sustainability initiatives, including electric vehicles and emissions reduction programs
• Proven ability to manage large-scale procurement or transformation programs effectively
