Job Summary
Partnering with global leaders, the remote Global Change Management Analyst will drive the successful adoption of strategic global programs by applying structured change management methodologies and leading end-to-end change activities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute adoption strategies aligned to business outcomes for various programs and initiatives
- Develop and maintain integrated deliverables across key change levers, including communications, leadership coaching, and training
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to evaluate organizational and process impacts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Five or more years of relevant experience in change management, communications, or business transformation within a large, global organization
- Experience supporting ERP or large-scale technology transformations, such as Workday implementations, is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Competency in enabling change management that leverages AI to accelerate change
