Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts, the full-time Global Change Management Leader will drive the adoption of new operating models, technologies, and processes within the Customer Experience (CX) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) domains, primarily working onsite with one flexible remote day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global change management strategy supporting CX and OTC transformation initiatives
- Facilitate change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to align teams and mitigate risks
- Design and implement standardized change frameworks, including communication and training strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise change management or organizational development within global organizations
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change initiatives across large-scale transformation programs
- Expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
