Job Summary
Leading the development and engagement strategies for PMI's chapters globally, the full-time Global Chapter Programs Manager will implement unified programs and services to enhance member experiences while collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistent execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth engagement strategies for global chapters
- Partner with Regional Heads of Communities to drive meaningful stakeholder engagement
- Create and monitor annual work plans and budgets to meet organizational targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a global business environment
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and business-to-consumer environments
- Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in creating performance metrics and managing diverse teams
