Global Chief Accountant

Job Summary

To establish and lead the accounting governance framework across the division, the full-time Global Chief Accountant will drive accounting consistency, financial governance, and process harmonization while supporting strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and digital transformation in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain global accounting policies and governance frameworks for Business Assurance
• Support accounting workstreams related to mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including financial due diligence
• Establish standardized approaches to pricing governance and improve transparency of cost allocation and profitability drivers

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience in international organizations
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience in a Big Four environment and in multinational organizations
• Proven experience in supporting acquisitions and establishing accounting policies and governance frameworks
