Global Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Leading a global compliance team, the full-time Global Chief Compliance Officer will manage compliance, regulatory, and licensing processes while ensuring adherence to industry standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Global Compliance function and lead all licensing processes
• Design and implement customer onboarding and ongoing compliance processes, including anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional regulators and manage regulatory filings and examination responses

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience, including AML and financial crimes compliance, within financial services or a Fintech startup
• Experience in scaling international expansion for a Fintech startup
• Demonstrated ability to build and oversee complex compliance programs in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with regional financial regulators, including exam management
• Legal/law degree preferred
