Job Summary
To support the onboarding of employer partners across Pan-Africa, the full-time Global Client Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project coordination, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for global remote employer partners
- Manage effective onboarding and conduct regular project management meetings and performance reviews
- Monitor project performance, retention, and satisfaction while tracking employer engagement and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Experience in account management, partnership management, or HR/recruitment roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Familiarity with the African tech or talent ecosystem is a plus
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, customer support, sales, or web development
