Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead efforts to enhance AI/Automation in the Global Client Service Center
  • Design and implement standardized processes and procedures for service operations
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across business units to improve client support
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a STEM-related field
  • Strong project management and process design skills
  • Experience with AI to enhance or automate processes
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus
