- Co-lead efforts to enhance AI/Automation in the Global Client Service Center
- Design and implement standardized processes and procedures for service operations
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across business units to improve client support
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a STEM-related field
- Strong project management and process design skills
- Experience with AI to enhance or automate processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus
