Global Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Clinical Operations Manager to lead domestic and global clinical operations and manage a distributed veterinary network.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance metrics and operational KPIs to drive company OKRs for both domestic and global operations
• Lead global expansion initiatives including legal compliance, product launch, veterinary recruitment, and appointment scheduling
• Build and strengthen relationships with veterinarians and clinical teams to support sales and enhance clinician satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading distributed or global operational teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute at scale
• Demonstrated ability to break complex initiatives into executable phases
• Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments
• Comfort managing remote teams and international stakeholders
