Global Clinical Partnerships Director

Job Summary

To architect the international expansion of the Blueprint Immortals Concierge service, the full-time salaried Global Clinical Partnerships Director will design a licensing framework, manage clinic partnerships, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care across global locations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute the "Blueprint Authorized" licensing framework and operational playbook for international partner clinics
• Lead the identification, vetting, and onboarding of new clinic partners, including contract negotiations
• Collaborate with the U.S. medical team to create a global "Knowledge Ecosystem" for training and standardization

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in international operations, specifically in scaling high-end service networks or clinical licensing models
• Proven track record of building a brand internationally, including negotiating international IP or licensing contracts
• Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical and medical literacy to oversee knowledge-sharing and patient management systems
