Global Clinical Process Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Global Clinical Process Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to ensure clinical operations process excellence and implement solutions for operational gaps
• Conduct gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize mitigation strategies
• Develop process maps and documentation to optimize clinical operations processes and support change management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development; Master's degree preferred
• Mid/large pharma experience, preferably in clinical operations, process, quality, or compliance roles
• Expertise in end-to-end clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, MHRA/EMA)
• Experience in a cross-functional, global environment with strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Six Sigma certification and/or experience with process mapping tools is desirable
