Global Clinical Process Director

Job Summary

Leading global clinical process management activities, the full-time salaried Global Clinical Process Director will ensure efficient, compliant processes and standards while serving as a key liaison among various stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive execution of global clinical process management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned GCO processes, contributing to the development of procedural content
• Lead document review workflows and mentor Associate Directors to support capability development

Required qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor's degree; preferred in science or healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sector
• Extensive knowledge of clinical operations processes and ICH-GCP compliance management
• Experience in clinical trial process design and implementation
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and global teams
