Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Director, Global Clinical Supply Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Global Clinical Supply Planning team to ensure timely delivery of medicines and vaccines
• Own the end-to-end supply plan for the therapy area, balancing service, cost, and working capital
• Identify supply risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect patient supply

Required Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, or business
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trial supply chain planning or related roles
• Proven people leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Experience in creating and managing end-to-end supply plans across multiple sites
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
