Job Summary
Leading the commercial strategy for a global portfolio of clinical decision support tools, the full-time Global Commercial Director will develop go-to-market plans, drive renewals excellence, and enhance sales enablement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the annual go-to-market plan, including market segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategy across global regions
- Drive renewals excellence by enabling Account Management with tools and strategies to retain and grow the customer base
- Equip Sales and Account Management teams with resources to improve conversion rates and support cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a commercial, go-to-market, or sales role in healthcare IT, clinical SaaS, or a related field
- Proven track record managing and growing a multi-million dollar global recurring revenue portfolio
- Experience designing and executing multi-region go-to-market strategies, including renewals programs and sales enablement
- Strong analytical skills in market segmentation, commercial modeling, and KPI reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed organization
