Job Summary
Driving the international roll-out of prostate cancer therapeutics, the full-time Global Commercial Lead, Oncology will manage product lifecycle activities, oversee cross-functional teams, and develop market strategies to maximize commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle from end of Phase II through launch to maximize commercial outcomes
- Collect and manage market research, market access, and competitive intelligence relevant to the asset product
- Drive coordination and delivery through all functional relationships, ensuring smooth transitions and project management activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/marketing/product management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, focusing on oncology
- Background in marketing or business in life sciences
- Experience in prostate cancer treatment and radiotherapeutics is a plus
- Proven track record in launch strategy development and managing pre-launch activities
- Ability to conduct competitive environment analysis and create business case justifications for new products
