Key responsibilities
  • Direct and implement strategies for the global Commercial Sales program, focusing on innovation and revenue diversification
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including budgeting, KPI accountability, and team performance across various regions
  • Grow revenue by protecting existing customer bases and acquiring new clients, while successfully launching new products
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Commercial Sales Director or equivalent role
  • Extensive experience in leading global Commercial Sales teams and delivering revenue growth in the publishing industry
  • Demonstrable knowledge of non-subscription sales activities within the Medical/STM journal publication industry
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and sales forecasting
  • Proven ability to manage teams across different time zones and drive accountability
