Job Summary

Leading the sourcing strategy for critical forged and machined components, the full-time Global Commodity Manager will manage supplier relationships, drive quality initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing costs, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various locations in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global network of strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with company priorities
• Drive a zero-defect mindset across suppliers and serve as the escalation point for quality issues
• Deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing and lead negotiations for contracts and long-term agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in global sourcing or commodity management
• Strong experience in fabricated structures, machining, or mechanical systems
• Proven leadership in supplier performance and strategic negotiations
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills
