Global Communications Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a highly visible global technology program, the full-time remote Global Communications Systems Engineer will coordinate the rollout and ongoing development of customer-facing communications technology, specifically the NICE CXone contact center platform, while collaborating with various teams across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with local service and commercial teams to deliver contact center rollouts and provide post-launch support
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop, configure, and enhance NICE CXone features
- Create standard operating procedures, training materials, and reports to improve productivity and user experience
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with contact center platforms or software development
- Working knowledge of telephony technologies, including PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP
- Experience integrating contact center platforms with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or a related technical field
- Advanced to fluent written and spoken English for technical and business communication
