Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing salary survey activities, data aggregation, and maintaining participant lists for global programs
Collaborating with HRBPs to improve data accuracy and provide value-added reports to leadership
Using market data to market price roles and tracking budget adherence

Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant experience in compensation or HR role
2+ years of relevant experience in a compensation role
Demonstrated success in maintaining databases and supporting annual processes
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Progress toward CCP or GCP designation or specialized training is a plus
