Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst to participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultant to the HR team for decision-making regarding compensation programs
- Support the administration of total compensation and reward programs globally
- Conduct job audits, market surveys, and assist in compensation data preparation
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in global compensation
- Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred
- Functional knowledge of compensation business processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as Workday
- Hands-on experience in managing compensation program implementation
