Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst to participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant to the HR team for decision-making regarding compensation programs
  • Support the administration of total compensation and reward programs globally
  • Conduct job audits, market surveys, and assist in compensation data preparation
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in global compensation
  • Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred
  • Functional knowledge of compensation business processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as Workday
  • Hands-on experience in managing compensation program implementation
