Job Summary
To support a growing global compensation strategy, the full-time remote Global Compensation Associate Director will manage the execution and continuous improvement of compensation programs, partnering with senior leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Director, Global Total Rewards to implement and operationalize the global compensation strategy
- Lead the execution and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives
- Drive compensation analytics and process improvements while developing team members and building scalable processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with a global scope
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience with executive compensation and long-term incentives
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS experience
