- 5-8 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards with global exposure
- Strong command of compensation benchmarking tools
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various departments
- Prior experience supporting multiple countries and regulatory environments
- Vendor management experience preferred
