Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Program Manager to lead and advance its global compensation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and govern compensation frameworks for base pay, bonuses, recognition, and equity
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, partnering with the Compensation Analyst
  • Maintain competitive pay ranges using external market data and surveys
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global Compensation & Benefits roles
  • Deep understanding of geo-pay policies, job leveling, and equity programs
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and at least one other compensation platform
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proven project and program management capabilities
