Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Compensation Program Manager to lead and advance its global compensation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern compensation frameworks for base pay, bonuses, recognition, and equity
- Lead the annual compensation review process, partnering with the Compensation Analyst
- Maintain competitive pay ranges using external market data and surveys
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global Compensation & Benefits roles
- Deep understanding of geo-pay policies, job leveling, and equity programs
- Hands-on experience with Workday and at least one other compensation platform
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Proven project and program management capabilities
