Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Compensation to lead global compensation programs and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of global compensation programs and cycles, ensuring consistent execution across regions
  • Oversee job evaluation, market pricing, benchmarking, and pay analysis while supporting salary structures and pay policies
  • Serve as the primary Compensation partner for North America, advising on offers, promotions, and pay positioning
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, including multi-geography support
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation tools and HRIS platforms such as Workday
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred
  • Experience in leading and developing a team for 2-5 years
