Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of global compensation programs, the full-time Principal Global Compensation Manager will drive pay strategies, ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations, and oversee annual merit and equity cycles in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Champion global pay transparency initiatives and design sustainable pay structures
- Oversee the execution of annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles within Workday
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in the high-tech/SaaS industry, with at least 3 years in a lead advisory role
- Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and international market dynamics
- Master-level skills in compensation modeling and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
