Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Compensation Team Lead, the full-time Global Compensation Partner will implement and manage global compensation programs, drive enhancements to policies and practices, and serve as a resource for HR and business stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Compensation Team Lead
  • Drive enhancements of compensation policies, practices, and governance frameworks
  • Lead activities for the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary adjustments and incentive payouts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Consulting, or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting enterprise compensation programs within a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and salary administration
  • Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms
