Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Compensation Team Lead, the full-time Global Compensation Partner will implement and administer global compensation programs, drive policy enhancements, and serve as a resource for HR and business stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Compensation Team Lead
- Drive enhancements of compensation policies, practices, and governance frameworks to align with company objectives
- Lead key activities for the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary adjustments and incentive payouts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Consulting within a global organization
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and salary administration
- Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated analytical capability with experience in conducting market pricing and compensation analyses
