Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Global Complaint QA Specialist will coordinate complaint follow-ups, perform data reconciliation activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines for medical device reporting.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate complaint follow-ups with vigilance and global contact center partners
  • Perform weekly complaint/event data reconciliation to mitigate risks of reportable events
  • Submit medical device near-incident reports to health authorities in accordance with regulatory timelines
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Science or Bio-medical
  • 5+ years of experience with complaint handling processes preferred
  • Ability to complete daily/monthly tasks to ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Experience following SOPs, WIs, or decision trees
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities to meet complaint handling system requirements
