Job Summary

To support the global complaint handling process, the contract Global Complaint QA Specialist will coordinate complaint follow-ups, perform data reconciliation, and submit medical device near-incident reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate complaint follow-ups with vigilance and global contact center partners to gather necessary information from complainants
  • Perform weekly complaint/event data reconciliation to ensure compliance with regulatory timelines
  • Submit medical device near-incident reports to health authorities and ensure accurate documentation of reportability decisions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Science or Bio-medical fields
  • 5+ years of experience with complaint handling processes preferred
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in delivering regulatory outputs in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily and monthly tasks efficiently
