Global Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting global compliance obligations, the full-time remote Global Compliance Associate will manage workflows, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure seamless service for GPs and LPs while adapting to evolving compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about the fund to stakeholders and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax teams
• Analyze fund data and documents to address compliance-related inquiries and manage third-party vendor interactions
• Identify process improvements and build automations to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations role, preferably in a tech company, family office, or startup environment
• Strong interest in venture finance and compliance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and embrace process improvements
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder alignment and documentation
