Global Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Global Compliance Manager, the full-time remote role will implement and operate key elements of the compliance framework, focusing on ethics, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade compliance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with various business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the global compliance program, including risk assessments and policy development
• Manage the conflict of interest disclosure process and support the Code of Conduct implementation
• Coordinate compliance training programs and develop communications to promote a culture of integrity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or related fields
• Experience supporting compliance programs in a global organization
• Familiarity with anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, and corporate compliance principles
• Strong project management and operational execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
