Global Consolidations Accountant

Job Summary

Global Consolidations Accountant, a full-time role responsible for supporting the monthly and quarterly close and consolidation process for a large, global public company, focusing on consolidation accounting, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidation and intercompany elimination journal entries
• Reconcile account balances to the general ledger and investigate variances
• Prepare consolidated financial statement footnotes for Forms 10-Q and 10-K filed with the SEC

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with or interest in using AI tools is a plus
