Global Contract Life Coach

Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Contract Life and Wellness Coaches, this fully remote 1099 contract position will deliver structured tele-coaching sessions to clients across various African regions, supporting them in achieving personal development goals related to stress, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated regions
• Support clients in setting and achieving goals related to personal challenges and development
• Maintain session notes and availability in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required qualifications:

• ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, ICF-MCC, or NBC-HWC accreditation is required
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, or Positive Psychology
• Fluency in Arabic (Darija), Berber, or Sa'idi Arabic; English proficiency required for the interview process
• Strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet
