Global Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Controller to oversee and influence accounting operations and support the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of consolidated global financial reporting and ensure compliance with corporate accounting principles
• Act as a strategic partner by analyzing financial performance and providing data-driven insights for budgeting and forecasting
• Manage monthly and quarterly close cycles and design an internal control environment to protect global assets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in senior accounting/finance leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA preferred)
• Experience managing multi-entity consolidations and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenue recognition and financial reporting
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
