Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global COO - Professional Services & Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish overall vision, strategy, and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software
• Ensure alignment of services with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Provide executive oversight of global programs, projects, and service portfolios, including P&L responsibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility
• Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management
