Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Culture and Belonging Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council and enhance GCB practices through research and benchmarking
• Analyze people and program data to identify trends and inform strategy, while assisting in external awards and surveys
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support events, partnerships, and inclusive innovation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, organizational culture, or related fields
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations and exposure to culture or belonging strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret people data effectively
• Experience supporting or delivering events
