Job Summary

To enhance employee experiences and foster a strong organizational culture, the full-time Global Culture & Change Consultant will lead initiatives focused on recognition, mentoring, and change management while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and improve employee experience programs that reinforce company culture and values
• Manage and coordinate employee recognition programs, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and mentoring initiatives
• Lead change management support for HR transformation initiatives, including training and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Culture, Change Management, or a related People function
• Experience implementing and improving employee engagement and community-building programs
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and experience supporting HR or business transformation initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working in a global environment is preferred
