Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Curriculum & Instruction Lead, Rapid Development (Fixed-term/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and revision of curriculum across various professions and contexts while ensuring quality and speed
• Develop and maintain relationships globally to align curriculum with network needs and oversee pilot implementations
• Provide strategic thought leadership and training on curriculum topics to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience, particularly for adult learners
• Experience in leading teams and using AI tools in learning design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and workflows
• Experience in online and/or blended learning environments
