Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Customer Capabilities Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project managers and develop project management strategies
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of multiple Congresses across various functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance Congress efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years in a related field
  • 7+ years of direct work experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
