Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies focused on cross-sell, upsell, and retention
- Build and implement integrated campaigns targeting installed base segments
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support global customer events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software marketing
- Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
