Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Customer Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through customer marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global customer marketing strategies focused on cross-sell, upsell, and retention
  • Build and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting installed base segments
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and align on account priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software marketing, preferably with ERP and Supply Chain knowledge
  • Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including email and events
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce
