Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy, strategic Global Customer Success Enablement Lead, the full-time remote position will manage the execution of performance programs, partner with executives to define learning strategies, and support global Customer Success teams in enhancing client engagement and value recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global Customer Success Leadership to drive enablement strategy and understand regional selling nuances
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that deliver desired outcomes across multiple modalities
- Collaborate with the Global Enablement team to localize programs and assess skills for targeted performance improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success enablement, with a minimum of 4 years in a Customer Success role
- Proven experience in designing and deploying global enablement programs across various regions
- Strong understanding of metrics and measurement tracking to assess program impact and drive performance
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders in matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute innovative concepts from strategy to implementation
