Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated Global Customer Support Role Excellence Principal, the full-time remote position will manage enablement programs for the Customer Support team, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and collaborating across various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and communicate Customer Support needs to enablement program owners
- Design, create, and deliver enablement programs in partnership with other enablement staff
- Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and identify efficiencies in programs
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, training, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Strong relationship management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in Customer Support Operations or role excellence enablement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance
