Global Cybersecurity Operations Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of the Cyber Defense Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage global cybersecurity operations and detection team
• Lead the implementation of the Siemens ONE SOC strategy and ensure collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Oversee service excellence, manage SOC operations lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computational Science, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or related areas
• Advanced experience in managing critical cybersecurity services
• Experience in leading technical teams in complex environments
• Fluent in spoken and written English, including security terminology
