Job Summary

Managing the commercial relationship for a strategic data center client, the full-time Global Data Center Account Director will drive growth plans, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver tailored solutions while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a global data center client, managing executive-level relationships
• Develop and execute account plans that align with corporate growth objectives and client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction throughout the development life cycle

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management or engineering experience in the real estate industry, preferably in data centers
• Experience managing a portfolio of critical environments
• Proven track record of maintaining relationships with executive decision makers
• Extensive experience in hiring, training, and retaining large teams in a client service environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a budget exceeding multiple millions of dollars
