Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Deal Desk function to support sales contract reviews and approvals
• Develop and implement Deal Desk processes to improve operational efficiency globally
• Analyze deal performance and provide insights to leadership on trends and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or pricing roles within a technology or software company
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams preferred
• Strong experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial deals
• Deep understanding of pricing strategy and deal approval processes
