Global Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a global team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive efficient global delivery operations in alignment with business strategies and compliance with SLAs
• Act as the primary interface with global stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years in Global Delivery Management with experience in leading large teams and managing complex IT projects
• Technical knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies
• Fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Experience managing a portfolio of $30-$35M and a team of approximately 150 members
