Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Delivery Division Lead to build and manage a high-performing team for client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team of 20-50, overseeing recruitment, retention, and performance management
• Ensures timely client implementation and mitigates risks through regular engagement with senior leadership
• Collaborates with product management to enhance client onboarding and implements metrics for project success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's & Master's in finance, math, accounting, or economics
• 9+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance, Program Management, Accounting, or Consulting
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets, including fixed income and derivatives
• Experience engaging with senior and executive leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
