Global Delivery Executive

Job Summary

Leading the operational execution and governance of a global delivery organization, the full-time remote Vice President, Global Delivery will oversee project delivery quality, staffing strategy, and performance across multiple regions while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the global delivery organization, ensuring operational accountability and execution quality
• Own the staffing strategy and resource allocation to maximize global resource utilization across delivery portfolios
• Drive operational delivery performance and margin management for all active customer engagements

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, systems integration, or delivery leadership
• 5+ years of leadership experience within the Salesforce consulting ecosystem
• Proven experience managing large-scale global delivery organizations
• Strong background in PMO management and operational governance
• Demonstrated success in operational turnaround and escalation management efforts
