Global Delivery Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Enterprise Program Managers, the full-time Global Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for delivering results across large global accounts, providing strategic direction, governance, and performance management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Program Managers, setting performance expectations and providing coaching
• Establish program governance standards and ensure effective execution of customer playbooks and financial controls
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and participate in business reviews to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of operations, sales, and/or project management experience, including 3-5 years managing large global programs
• Proven performance in operational excellence with complex customers
• Previous leadership experience required, preferably in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with workflow management tools like Smartsheet
